We currently ship exclusively within Ecuador.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is completely free for all orders placed at RJ Nova.

3. Processing and delivery times

We process your order within 24 to 48 hours. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 business days depending on your city, through partner couriers such as Servientrega and Urbano.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share the available tracking information through the contact method you provided.

5. Cash-on-delivery orders

If you chose cash on delivery, you'll need to pay in cash to the courier upon receiving your order.

6. Delays

During high-demand periods or due to causes beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier logistics issues), delivery times may extend. We'll keep you informed if this happens.
